About Andover SEPAC

We are committed to supporting students with special needs and their families.

The Andover Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is a dedicated group of parents, caregivers, and community members who work together to ensure that students with special needs receive high-quality, comprehensive education and services.

Building a Strong Community: We create an inclusive, welcoming space for families to connect, share experiences, and find resources. Together, we discover innovative ways to support our children.

Partnering for Success: We collaborate closely with Andover Public Schools (APS) to ensure inclusive and effective special education programs. Together, we focus on student safety, well-being, and education.

Offering Education and Resources: We provide essential information and support through workshops and resources. Our goal is to empower families with the knowledge and tools they need.

Open Communication, Strong Collaboration: We believe in open, honest, and respectful communication. By working together, we can support a thriving community for our children with unique abilities. Join us in making a difference!

In Massachusetts, a SEPAC is a district-level, parent-run volunteer group mandated by state law to advise school districts on special education programs, policy, and needs. Membership is open to all parents of children with disabilities, and other interested parties.
